Role Guide - Head

Role Summary

Head oversees all branches, users, risk posture, and reports.

This role has full system access, including supervisory and operational actions.

Core Responsibilities

• Maintain branch structure and user assignments.
• Set and monitor global risk thresholds.
• Ensure daily gold rates are maintained.
• Track cross-branch settlements and risk exposure.
• Monitor discount usage and operational integrity.

Accessible Features and Modules

• Branch management (view all, activate/deactivate, manager reassignment)
• User management (create users, update users, activate and deactivate users)
• Currency administration (create, activate/deactivate, and delete when unused)
• Product categories (create, edit, activate/deactivate, and delete when no gold items reference the category)
• Gold price updates (global scope)
• Risk settings (system-wide threshold control)
• Reports and analytics (all-branch consolidated access, including export where available)
• Audit logs (all branches, read-only)
• Cross-branch settlement visibility
• Global search and in-app notifications
• Customer management including civil ID change, transaction creation, top-up, payment posting (each post needs a payment reference), gold release, and status actions

Restrictions

• Cannot modify locked interest calculation logic.
• Deleting a currency is blocked when the currency is referenced by branch, customer, or active transaction records.
• Deleting a category is blocked when any gold item is assigned to that category; deactivate the category instead so it no longer appears on new transactions.

Notes

• In implementation, this role maps to SUPER_ADMIN in the API and web app.
• Head can apply payment discount with mandatory reason and full traceability.
